Well my hypertonic convex musculature tended to subluxate the spine ? Its still being stronger than left i have change the movement of the back musculature in the left side by lateral flexion not being in side bending to the concave. The obliques muscles at the convex can contract and keep the lateral flexion i understand that they are functional and strong but when they were elonagted and being always overactive the new sense is i cannot balance them with lateral flexion exercise only psoas lateral flexion and side bending to the convex..I dont understand if the concave is weak it can be possible the lateral flexors like back muscles and psoas to be creating that whole curve going convex..?
